This registration is for the 3 week session.
Amanda is back live for another 3 week session on Wednesday nights (January, 13, 20, and 27, 2021) at 7 PM. Stretching and light exercise to music provide a great way workout. Items needed:
Space to move around
Towel or mat for floor exercise
