This registration is open to ages 14+.
ACF is working alongside the YMCA of Fairless Hills to offer our participants a brand-new exercise program. Join us at the Fairless Hills YMCA and check out their virtual training room. With access to workout programs from YMCAs across the country, and all the equipment necessary at hand, this activity will allow participants to exercise to a constantly rotating option of classes.
Please bring workout essentials such as appropriate gym clothing, a water bottle, and a towel.
*Caregivers/Parents MUST remain throughout the event. This is an onsite class!*
