This registration is open to ages 21+.
Join us for this special evening including a buffet, dancing with DJ Dolan and formal pictures.
Aside from the $3.00 registration fee, this event is free for our individuals with disabilities (Ages 21+) and ONE caregiver. Additional guests (21+) are welcome for a fee of $45.
Formal Attire is preferred, but by no means necessary.
