Knuckles and Karl are back! We are so happy to join our friends from No Bull Training in their building for a workout. This workout session will utilize equipment in the gym. Please bring a bottle of water with you.
7:15-8PM (There is a class prior to ACF's, so we kindly ask that you do not enter the gym until the start time, 7:15PM)
